• Cell type Color scheme Connect dots response instantly
• Chr pick Sphere size only result in figure update once Update chr pick and sphere size is clicked

Recommended setting

• Visualizing inter-chromosomal relationship: Sphere size 3~10, Connect dots off (default)
• Visualizing intra-chromosomal relationship: Sphere size 1~2, Connect dots on
